Overview
Acting on behalf of Regis, Cited Asset Management has been appointed as Asset Manager for The Royals Shopping Centre in Southend-on-Sea.
Cited Asset Management will oversee the implementation of the centre’s next phase of investment and occupational strategy. The Royals is Southend-on-Sea’s principal shopping destination, comprising approximately 285,000 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation. The scheme is home to a strong line-up of national occupiers including TK Maxx, Boots and H&M, and also benefits from a 450-space multi-storey car park.
Objective
To continue to develop the existing offer and evolve the asset into a mixture of both national and independent uses.
