Working on behalf of MGI Holdings, Cited Asset Management were appointed as Asset Managers of The Grants in May 2026. Cited Asset Management are appointed as Asset Managers to implement the next stage investment and occupation strategies.
The Grants is a leisure led destination in Croydon Town Centre that offers 160,000 sq ft of leisure over multiple levels with tenants including Nandos, Nuffield Health and Exciting Escapes.
Objective
To continue to develop and revitalise the existing offer and evolve the asset into the dominant leisure pitch within Croydon Town Centre.
