Overview
Working on behalf of a Private Investor, Cited Asset Management were appointed in September 2026 to oversee the asset management of St John’s Walk Shopping Centre. The appointment is to implement the next stage of the investment and occupation strategies. St John’s Walk is an established shopping centre on the southern edge of the town centre, situated beneath a multi-storey car park.
Completed in 1993, the centre provides extensive ground-floor retail space with an excellent frontage onto the covered pedestrian mall, which benefits from two entrances from St John Street.
Objective
To revitalise the existing offer and consolidate the offer as part of Colchester’s retail pitch.
