Working on behalf of EEH Ventures, Cited Asset Management were appointed as Asset Managers of Sailmakers Shopping Centre in August 2025. Cited Asset Management are appointed as Asset Managers to implement the next stage investment and occupation strategies. The scheme comprises some 110,000 sq ft of retail including tenants such as Boots, Poundland, River Island and Pandora. Strategically positioned in the heart of Ipswich, Sailmakers Shopping Centre benefits from prime frontages on Tavern Street and Crown Street, close to Cornhill.
Objective
To revitalise the existing offer and evolve the asset into one which consists of a mixture of uses and provide strategic investment advice to ensure the asset’s long term future in the heart of Ipswich.
