Overview
Cited Asset Management were appointed as Asset Managers of Etherow Industrial Estate in Glossop on behalf of Sheet Anchor Evolve, one of the shareholders of the landlord, Etherow Prospects LLP. Cited Asset Management will work alongside Sheet Anchor Evolve as development partner, with LSH acting as managing agent.
Etherow Industrial Estate is an established 10-acre industrial estate comprising approximately 148,000 sq ft of multi-let industrial and office space. The estate benefits from an established occupier base and provides an opportunity to build on the existing performance of the asset through a focused asset management and development strategy.
Objective
To maximise the potential of the estate through active asset management, improving the existing occupier offer and identifying opportunities to drive value through development and investment.
