Overview
Working on behalf of EEH Ventures, Cited Asset Management were appointed as Asset Managers of Grand Arcade Shopping Centre in August 2025. Cited Asset Management are appointed as Asset Managers to implement the next stage investment and occupation strategies. The scheme comprises some 440,000 sq ft of retail and leisure including tenants such as Boots, Superdrug, JD, New Look and Pandora. The scheme is also set to welcome Stack, a 2,000-capacity live entertainment venue in Spring 2026. The centre also two multi-story car parks with over 863 spaces in total.
Objective
To revitalise the existing offer and evolve the asset into one which consists of a mixture of uses and provide strategic investment advice to ensure the asset’s long term future in the heart of Wigan town centre.
